中信银行南京分行：金融知识宣传走近网约车司机

传递金融情，温暖新市民。近日，中信银行南京分行辖内泰州分行志愿者走进泰州市滴滴司机服务中心，送上金融知识“大礼包”，向广大网约车司机群体带去中信银行“零钱包”服务、开展反诈教育、普及金融知识，为服务社会、普惠民生注入更多中信服务温度。

随着互联网支付方式蓬勃发展，大家习惯了“一部手机走天下”，很多行业往往出现零钱备付不足的尬尴，网约车就是其中之一。近日，中信银行泰州分行志愿者走进泰州市滴滴司机服务中心，为司机师傅们带去中信银行“零钱包”服务。

现场，该行志愿者详细解释“零钱包”服务的便利性和实用性，“手把手”指导司机们快速兑换零钱的操作流程、如何线上查询、预约取现，宣讲现金收付相关政策。该行志愿者还通过发放宣传资料、结合实际案例向师傅们普及防范金融诈骗、理性投资等金融知识。此次活动得到了广大司机的一致好评，大家纷纷表示，今后利用载客机会，他们也要向乘客多普及金融反诈知识，打造流动反诈“宣传线”。

下一步，中信银行南京分行将持续关注社会不同群体的金融需求，积极履行社会责任，充分运用自身的金融专业知识，将中信温度送达社会的每一个角落。
